“Catch & Calm” Practice

  1. CATCH the pattern.
    Pause and ask yourself: “Am I rushing right now out of habit or pressure?”

  2. COME BACK to your body.
    Sit or stand still.
    Feel your feet on the ground.
    Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

  3. BREATHE with intention.
    Inhale through your nose for a count of 4…
    Hold for 2…
    Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6.
    Repeat 3 times.

  4. RESET with clarity.
    Ask: “What matters most right now?”
