Letting Life Lead — Part 4
Letting Life Lead — Part 4
Trusting What You Cannot See (Yet)
Trust is not logical.
It is energetic.
Trust is the willingness to take a step
without needing the whole staircase.
Trust is the willingness to soften
before the outcome is certain.
Trust is the willingness to stay open
even when our mind wants guarantees.
At JTN, trust is defined as:
A felt knowing that life is unfolding for you
even when your mind cannot understand how.
This is not naive.
It’s mature spirituality.
You Are Already Being Guided — You Just Don’t Recognize It Yet
Think of the things you once prayed for…
that came in a form you didn’t expect.
Think of the things you thought were disasters…
that led to your greatest openings.
Think of the people who left…
creating space for people who were aligned.
Think of the times you were delayed…
only to be redirected perfectly.
Guidance rarely looks like guidance.
It often looks like interruption.
The Mind Wants a Map.
The Soul Wants Movement.
The mind says:
“Tell me where we’re going.”
“Show me the proof.”
“Give me the outcome.”
The soul says:
“Take the next true step.”
“Be here.”
“Listen.”
“Trust the unfolding.”
Trust means living in partnership with the unknown
instead of trying to overpower it.
Trust Feels Like This in the Body
Trust isn’t confidence.
It’s openness.
In the body, trust feels like:
space,
breath,
softening,
receptivity,
willingness,
curiosity.
Fear constricts.
Trust expands.
If we’re expanded, we don’t need certainty.
Your body already knows you’re held.
A Practice for Trusting the Unseen
When something feels unclear, try this simple question:
“If life is organizing for me right now,
what energy is required of me?”
Not: “What do I do?”
But: “How am I being asked to show up?”
The answer usually feels like:
soften,
wait,
rest,
open,
breathe,
prepare,
trust.
Trust is a posture, not a plan.
Final Reflection
You don’t need to see the whole path.
You only need to feel the next yes.
Life is not asking you to predict the future —
only to trust the intelligence moving through it.
Let life lead.
It’s been leading you all along.
